Paige Fey
I’m Paige Fey, founder of The Wine Advisory, a wine consulting company based in Utah. With an MBA in Food and Wine from Bologna Business School and a decade of experience in wine importing, I bring both global perspective and local insight to beverage program design. My passion lies in helping restaurants create thoughtful, profitable, and memorable wine and beverage menus that elevate hospitality and enhance the guest experience.
